"Really nasty and dirty"

Great location

Rooms are filthy. Found a hair in the shower and the carpet looks like it hasn’t been replaced in 20 years. The photos are such a cat fish. Felt unsafe only because everything is so gross and anyone can get on the elevator and go to your floor. There’s no key card security measures

Canceled day of arrival when I was. Purified the pool was closed for the season - why in the hell doesn’t booking.com keep up w that !?!?!

I booked this hotel mainly because it said free breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast at all — just coffee in the lobby. The room itself wasn’t very clean either; the sheets had a strange smell, not like they’d been freshly washed. Overall, it was disappointing and didn’t meet the expectations based on what was advertised. The staff was polite, but the place definitely needs better cleaning and to update their listing to reflect what they actually offer.
