In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours), please inform the residence reception, whose contact details are indicated in your booking confirmation. You may also include this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your call. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Space. Pets are allowed (maximum 1 per unit) with an additional charge (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Space. For group bookings (from 5 units), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival. Please contact us. A photo ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in. A €300 pre-authorization will be requested upon arrival as a security deposit and released after the stay, subject to the property being returned in good condition (inventory check compliant).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
