great location perfect for 4 people full kitchen staff great good weekend away

The location is great and the shops are fun to walk through

Unfortunately there was a gas pipe accident that caused the gas to be shut off which caused the restaurants to close throughout Punta Gorda.

The staff was very friendly facility. Had a great location and very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great shopping, beautiful beach and sunsets.

The only thing I didn’t like was, they said that they were going to refresh our room every other day and they didn’t we had to look for housekeeping

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff couldn't have been nicer. We loved the balcony looking at the water. Very convenient location as well. 12 minutes to PG airport. Plenty of parking. Its very noisy. Could hear neighbors conversations and TV. I was expecting noise from village but that was fine. All the noises were neighboring room. Very easy to hear through walls

There wasn’t much downside our stay was very nice. The young lady at front desk was fantastic

Room was musty for first few days. The coach buses that park next to pool were very loud when you were in pool trying to relax and were a pain to navigate out of the lot for cars assigned to guests in suites

Everything was great. Staff was very accommodating.

Our suite was over the Tiki Bar. Entertainment was very loud . We will choose a suite on the other side next year.

Lack of restaurants.

I love the room layouts. 2 king bedrooms full kitchen. TV in each room. That’s all great.

The floors in our room were very dirty. My feet were absolutely black walking around barefoot. So I tried to clean them myself. The next day I woke up with the worst sore throat I have had in years.

The size of shampoo and conditioner as well as the soap were laughable. Certainly you can afford better with the prices you charge. Also, it would helpful if you had more information in the lobby about things to do in town.
