Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda Downtown

My experience here was an amazing one, possibly ond of the best hotel experiences Ive had. Living out of a hotel seemed dull but the hospitality made up for it. The staff were respectful and kind. It felt nice to come 'home' after a long day at work to a clean room. Our room was like this consistently. I am truely thankful to the hotel staff.

The place was clean and good and wonderful. Room service game everyday and cleaned iur rooms and threw all the trash away

Five night stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. TV was set up so I could easily play my content from my iPad. Staff was very friendly. Christian at the front desk was extremely helpful when my return flight got cancelled and my travel was delayed by a day. Big thank you.

Great hotel and great time active duty navy needed a place for my whole command in an emergency and adjusted to accommodate us very smoothly and in a well structured manner

Great and friendly employees, room service was immaculate, very clean and well maintained building. Good food and drinks as well.

I personally liked it I liked after work my bed was always made and there would be no trash or anything it actually felt nice to come and relax.

Awesome and very helpful staff. I loved the rooms. I came here on short notice and was helped very greatly getting to my room quickly. The room was ready for my roommate and I to stay in and we have had no complaints. I enjoyed the area very much with many great food options near by. It is especially a great area to be in during the holidays coming up with many stores and festive decorations in the area. I will also say the breakfast was very good and there was much variety. I did not try the dinner but I had heard great things about it.

-- Perfect location - close to the Metro, Bethesda restaurants, and the Capital Crescent Trail. -- Room and bathroom are modern and comfortable -- There is tea/coffee in the room, which it important in my view. -- There is a fridge and a microwave -- There is a little 24-hour convenience store by the check-in desk: very useful if you arrive late (which I did) -- The TV is hooked up to Netflix, Apple TV+ (you just have to log into your account). -- Was quite a good deal over the weekend that I stayed there.

Nothing negative, just a couple little things: (1) bed a bit too soft for my taste, but I know others like that; (2) the AC is not that loud, but not very quiet either (I turned it off at night).
