I really appreciated the young man at the front desk making sure we had hot, fresh cookies as we arrived. Love staying at this hotel during the holidays. It is festive and inviting.

I enjoyed being on the first floor and I think the king suites are just GREAT! Extra coffee was available and that is also a plus.

The only working ice machine was on the fourth floor. At least it was near the elevator. One of the side entrance doors did not work with the electronic key - which is required.

Pretty decent hotel in tomball Texas Houston area. The rooms are a little small but comfortable and the gym was really tiny. The rooms seemed clean enough, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Not a bad place for one night. The staff was ok. Enjoy
