I booked another property but that property had no record when I attempted to check in. After spending a few hours on the issue, I was happy to book at Hampden Inn. After hearing my story, the front desk upgraded my room. I'm a customer for life now! Beds are comfortable and everything was newer and super clean, as you would expect with the hotel chain.
