Sono rimasta contentissima. Il check-in è stato rapidissimo e ho ricevuto un upgrade in un junior suite. La camera al settimo piano è stata favolosa con un letto King size, divano in pelle, televisore su piedistallo girevole, bagno grande con la doccia e la vasca. Ho dormito benissimo con i lenzuoli in puro cotone e l’aria condizionata che funzionava perfettamente. Camera moderna, spaziosa e silenziosissima. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta di prodotti freschi. Staff cordiale.

"IMPREVISTO GESTITO MALE."

Hotel nella media, nulla di eccezionale. Purtroppo nella loro prenotazione risultava una bambina di 1 anno mentre mia figlia invece ne ha 11, un errore del sistema che può capitare. Questo tipo di problema infatti mi è capitò a Malta dove lo risolsero senza nessun problema. Qui invece…mi danno prima una suite pagando la differenza e poi dopo nostra richiesta dormiamo in 3 in una doppia facendoci pagare supplemento camera per la bimba senza terzo letto e tantomeno set di asciugamani per la terza persona. Ricapitolando abbiamo pagato un surplus di 138€ dormendo in 3 in una doppia senza godere del confort dovuto. Peccato a nostro avviso imprevisto gestito male.

Nice hotel. Supplied a shuttle service at a cost to the cruise port. Isn’t around much in Ravenna would need a vehicle to get there

We briefly stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise. Very clean, and pretty. The staff was very helpful and very polite. The bed was comfy. We would come here again.

"Great stop for cruise before or after stop"

Great hotel for the stay before/after the cruise. The shuttle books fast for the drop off to the cruise ports so make sure you reserve it immediately upon checking in and DO NOT be late they will leave as it occurred to a friend of ours. Breakfast was lovely.
