The staff and breakfast were the best part.

The pool was hot and the hot tub was exceptionally hot. We could not enjoy the pool or hot tub because of this issue.

"Maintenance and Repairs Needed"

All of the staff were very friendly and customer focused, even apologizing for noisy guests in room above us. However, maintenance is sorely lacking in this hotel, not up to expectations for a Holiday Inn. Perhaps this is because aside from the casino this is the only hotel in Lander, the rest being older motels so management must not see this as a priority. The washing machines were all out of service leaving only the dryers working (w/o any washers not any benefit.) The 1st floor ice machine was missing the part you put the bucket on while filling it meaning you have to try and hold the bucket in place with one hand while pushing the button with the other hand. The panel with the button also was not secure. The juice dispenser was out of order, fortunately there were small containers of apple and orange juice in the refrigerator where milk/yogurt are kept.
