"Hotel was ok but could easily be so much better"

Was in Denton for a wedding, this hotel was convenient for the venue. Staff was friendly and helpful; room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center was very small, limited on equipment, extremely warm and didn't have sanitary wipes to clean the equipment before and after use. Breakfast was so-so and we opted to head to Denny's down the street on our second morning there. With a little effort, this hotel could be a real winner.

"No hot water "

On the day I was checking out I had to take a cold shower. There was no hot water, when I mentioned it to the front desk they didn’t do anything about it!

Hotel was clean, staff was nice.

Air conditioner in room was not working well. Hot tub pictured online is actually filled in with cement and not a hot tub. Lawn crew was outside mowing and weed eating at 7am the morning of our stay. Construction in the area made it very difficult to arrive/depart from hotel. Won't probably stay again.
