Everything was good..my initial room had a smell and they immediately moved me.. The breakfast was good every morning, the meal in the evening were awesome too! My son loved the small pool! My favorite part was the free ride to and from SeaWorld!! I’ll definitely be staying again!

It’s very family friendly. It’s under renovation so far it was good. Just need a few upgrades and fixes. The bed is soooooo comfortable we loved it. And the view was amazing. It’s very convenient where it’s located. It needs a little more cleaning in the rooms. Our room had a few issues with that but overall it’s great. I’ll stay again when I town!! The breakfast it’s aaaammmmaaaxzziiinngggg and staff it’s soooo friendly and polite.

"Very outdated, in serious need for refurbishing"

Not sure how this place displays greater than 4 stars. Our room was old, tired, and stuck in the 90s. Furniture, kitchen shelving, appliances, windows treatments were old and dirty. Could not open and close drawers easily. I had to wipe down door handles, door panels, and dresser drawers. The carpet was dirty and I would not let my teenage son go barefoot on it. Glad he brought his crocs and wore it the whole time while in the room. Bathroom tile, toilet, sink and counter were acceptable but again old and I don’t think it’ll ever look clean. I considered moving to another hotel but my husband talked me out of it. Pool was clean, towels were available. But patio furniture was old and cushions were dirty. Breakfast area was renovated, clean counters and hardwood floors. Hot food acceptable - waffles, eggs, some type of potatoes daily. Alternated with breakfast sausage, links, and bacon. Yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, juices, and sodas. Was able to catch Wed Night Social and they had free beer in tap and wine. Nachos and all the trimmings. Enjoyed this service! But will not go back.
