Notre séjour au Intercontinental Sanya resort était tout simplement magique! L'hotel est fabuleux, magnifique avec une ambiance très sérène propice au repos. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très varié. Tous les repas sont très bons d'ailleurs.Les chambres sont spacieuses et comfortable. Mais le meilleur atout de l'hotel est son personel. Ils sont très respectueux et font tout leur possible pour satisfaire le client. Une mention très speciale à Azat qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus fabuleux. Il a été aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour et n'a ménagé aucun effort pour nous satisfaire. Un grand merci à lui. Nous recommendons cet hotel à 1000% et nous comptons y revenir.

Tout était parfait. Le seul petit bémol quand les chambres sont faites serait de veiller à bien remplacer toutes les choses manquantes ( café, sucre, lait etc)

It’s a really fun hotel and kids friendly. The breakfast buffet line is crazy and everyone is like fighting over food, which doesn’t feel very luxury. The private pool area is very calm and the design is fun. The poolside bar with coconuts are cute

The hotel is exactly what one would expect from a non-top-tier IHG property, reasonably priced, clean and not noisy. Dining options are kind of limited, the menu at both restaurants is the same every day with very small variation for the breakfast buffet. Air conditioning in the rooms is top notch - no noise at all, air movement is barely noticeable thanks to oversize vents, the temperature is very even throughout the suite - it was super nice to enter the room from the humid heat outside. Bathrooms are large and well-ventilated. Larger, nicer suites with room-size patios are in the building that is not wheelchair accessible - both levels are accessed only by a flight of stairs. The rest of the hotel has elevators and ramps everywhere. Staff always rushes to help. Tiles around the pool need maintenance, some of them wobble too much. If you want to go to town, you'll need a ride. Rides are available, but not from western ride sharing services, and there aren't many dining options within a short walking distance. The hotel is on the shore, but the beach if very small, right in front of the hotel there's a protected coral reef, so swimming is limited to a small sandy area, that is clean and well-maintained. The sand may feel a little rough for bare feet because of tiny bits of seashells, but that is natural; wear flip-flops and you'll enjoy it. You'll find better than average flip-flops in the closet in your room. Most power outlets in the room are UK 3-prong style

Siempre que me hospedo en la cadena de hoteles Raffles la atención es exquisita hay variedad de comida internacional, aquí solo comida asiática es la primera vez que en un hotel Raffles no hay variedad de comida, las pocas personas que hablaban inglés no se les entendía.

I would like to sincerely thank the team at InterContinental Sanya Resort for an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. My room was beautiful, and the loyalty recognition was exceptional. The service at the Club Lounge was attentive and thoughtful, with special thanks to Cara for her outstanding care. Amber and Nick also went the extra mile to ensure my stay was truly special. The Club Lounge offered a very good selection of food, with breathtaking views that made each visit a pleasure. Every staff member I encountered was professional, efficient, and warm, creating a truly relaxing experience. The hotel itself is a hidden gem in China — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend InterContinental Sanya Resort and will certainly be returning for another stay.

I booked a last minute two nights stay at InterContinental Sanya. Arrived late 9 pm for check in due to delay. With a tired body, check in staff was very hospitable and asked if I require a relaxing massage at their Spa. Check in staff quickly assist to book 9:45 pm body massage. I had the best relaxing time that night. The next day was also received great hospitality from the smiley cheerful team from the Club Lounge to the pool, to the 3 meal beach restaurant. The beach water was so clear! I will surely return to this lovely beautiful hotel for a beach break soon! Thank you Intercontinental hotel team!
