We were delightfully surprised with rooms, cleanliness, location, comfort and upgrades. Combined with super price, excellent value! Parking excellent with lots of room. Walking distance to many locations.

Breakfast ok, but didn't even expect so available beverages with grab and go options it really was a plus. Your restraunt on the premises wasn't open the time we were staying there so I can't rate it. Next time! The heat in the room wasn't working so we turned on portable heater for short time. We were at the coast so it doesn't get that cold :-)

We stayed here for one night and were very satisfied. We were pleased with the price and the service. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great: just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to the waterfront and the ocean. The manager was friendly and welcoming.
