The room smelt - poo or drain smell. Was better after we put a towel over the drain

Clean, comfortable bed . Shopping centre close by, close to airport.

Close to shops. Cafes and skygate bus

We loved our room and the restaurant was great. Stayed at this hotel before and will be back great rooms comfy clean. So great how you can catch the skygate bus from the airport no charge and then the DFO so close. 24 hour woolworths next door.

We ordered room service this didn't show up so I had to go down stairs and ask there just wasn't a rush to get the breakfast sorted even though we waited 40 mins for coco pops.

Same as also time. WiFi unstable making it difficult to complete on line forms for travelling

All accor members having to pay for parking at full price there should be discount for them

Anthony's serve during the buffet breakfast was excellent. Price of the carpark

Using the carpark was difficult and there were no clear instructions for the wifi we had to ask.
