Front desk was excellent. Lance was great.. rooms were very comfortable. They did a great job getting everyone to the cruise terminal.. the driver was great.. nothing bad I can say about it.. restaurant was very good too..

Great location, clean rooms, staff is courteous and welcoming. Love that there is a restaurant onsite and many within walking distance.

There were some small things in the room that could use repair, such as the bathroom door fitting the jam and closing all the way, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Prices continue to go up, making it harder and harder for Alaskans to be able to pop down for a day here or there. What was once $120 a night is almost $300 now. As a local, I think I’ll end up camping in my car next time we go down to Seward because we are just being priced out.

they gave us a room far away from the elevator even though there were empty rooms closer to the elevator. No one serviced our room for 2 days. Amenities were terrible
