Nice property. Close to cruise dock and train station. Restaurant choices and very walkable. Front desk staff very friendly

1 night stay before a cruise. Has a free shuttle to cruise terminal.

Unfriendly front desk staff, waited 2 hours for room to be ready, despite arriving at the hotel 4PM

Staff was most helpful and the transportation of our luggage to and from the train was a very nice surprise. Definitely stay again.

The hotel is nice in sense that it’s very close to Seward harbor and all shops, otherwise it is overpriced motel.

Convenient location for fjords tour.

I love that there was a fridge and a microwave. I stayed in several hotels in Alaska that did not have them, which I was surprised to see.

This is a great place. All cool. But they have one or more rooms with no windows. It was not obvious to me that I was getting one such room either while booking or checking in. And it was very, very pricey for a windowless room. They have a window with a great view from the bathroom!! But from the bedroom, you have 0 windows.
