Breakfast buffet and service was nice. Food tasted good.

Bathroom shower did not work properly. Fridge in the room was not working. Furniture was not well maintained.

The location was good, the staff were good and responsive

While booking, the room showed different and we got totally different. All through, while discussing with the reception guy, i found many of the people were having the same hard conversation about this issue. The toiletries were not given , that was chargeable, the slippers were not given which was also chargeable, all though these facilities are provided even in 1 star ⭐ hotels. Room charges are high as compared to the room allotted.
