Melbourne Dandenong Central Apartment

The bathroom was very dirty. The bedroom floor was dirty. The kitchen cabinet had an awful smell. The place was so nosy, people talking loudly outside after midnight in the hallway.

This hotel if you can call it that operates from 9am -5pm as if it were a bank! There is nobody ever at fromt desk so when checking in at 3pm you're standing in front of the glass door and trying to figure out how to get in! I got in as another guest left and stood at front desk for good ten minutes until someone turned up. Thr room itself appeared clean until i stepped into bathroom. The basin was dirty with toothpaste , toilet had marks on it and exhaust fan filthy.

No service whatsoever. Housekeeping don't know how to make beds, all king beds are pushed with 2 single beds but no mattres protectors no zips to keep bed from splitting

Had all essentials we needed to visit family. Manager kind and helpful. Good options for dining nearby. Older multicultural area with easy access to a variety of services.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Dandenong is full of closed shops which is a shame. Good security on the streets but probably due to past issues. If you need to stay in Dandenong at a very reasonable price this is a great option

I recently booked a motel while traveling from the regional area to Melbourne with my sister. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behavior of the receptionist. After charging my card, she abruptly canceled my booking, accusing me of being a fraudulent person. I was more than willing to provide all necessary IDs during check-in, but her demeanor was rude and dismissive. She refused to listen to my explanations and would not issue a refund, all while making unfounded assumptions about my character. I cannot recommend this motel and urge others to avoid making reservations here. Their practices seem questionable, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

Toilet no light ..the wifi no good and when i booking i ask for double bed but they join 2 single bed and make it double if don't have just let me know

Nothing very rude lady at reception it’s not what the pics are like I wouldn’t recommend staying there
