Great location: I was in Victoria for a conference + sporting event. My husband and I were able to walk to all the places we need to go. Great staff: they really tried to accommodate our requests. They were very helpful. The hotel building has an interesting history and there is a display set up in the basement of the hotel with rich Chinese decor that commemorate this

Room was a bit small. The bed was a bit on the softer side for me, but I like really firm, so possibly that others would find the bed just right.

The staff was lovely and the room was very clean.

It’s nit-picky, but the towels were a little old and thin, especially given that the decor and bed were so lux for the price.
