Basic hotel but amazing value for money. Perfect for a bed for the night if you are catch an early train from Chiang Mai station, just a short walk over the road. Quiet and comfortable.

The place is clean, the rooms are spacious and it is a short walk from the train station. We stayed here for less than 12 hours since we checked in late and left early but from that time we were happy with the place. It is a huge place with a lot of rooms. It felt a bit cold on the hallways but for one night it was fine. If you have never been to Chiang Mai: it is far away from the city center. If you are not into walking quite a bit or taking a taxi every time you want to get into the city, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. But to catch an early morning train it is perfect.

A deposit of 200 baht in cash for the key is needed.

The reception staff were very friendly. But did not explain that there was a cafe attached to hotel for breakfast.

A bit far away from the centre but very convenient for the train and we arrived at 4am so lovely to have our accommodation waiting for us. Quiet as well.
