The room was spacious.

The stuff was not very communicative and I did not feel welcomed as a guest. The room itself was okay but in my opinion it‘s not a good value for the price. The beds were hard and not comfortable.

wi-fi didn't work, telephone didn't work, shower had no warm water. I found out the wifi is mounted inside my room, so after some tinkering with cables I managed to fix it bymyself.

Located next to the chiang mai train station so it fit perfectly for those arriving by train and doesn’t want to get robbed by night time local taxi. Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious.

Shower water pressure is too low.
