We had a fantastic stay at this motel and were extremely impressed with both the service and accommodations. Audrey at check-in was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire arrival process easy and pleasant. Her friendly attitude really set the tone for the stay. Annette at checkout was just as accommodating. One of the biggest conveniences was the free and ample parking. Being able to park directly outside our room made unloading and loading so much easier, especially while traveling with family. The suite itself was excellent, and the setup with 3 beds worked perfectly for our group. The room was spacious, comfortable, and gave everyone plenty of room to relax. Overall, this motel exceeded our expectations with great service, convenient parking, and comfortable accommodations. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stay here whenever we are in Glenwood Springs. It is easy to walk to restaurants and the hot springs. We will be back again!

"Pleasant stay in Glenwood"

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are mostly quiet and the location is great. We could walk to town or it is a very short drive into town. The lady who worked the front desk was very welcoming.

The breakfast spread was disappointing. It was not well stocked and not terribly clean and had almost no protein sources.

The worst place to stay had no power staff are very rude and hateful in a bad situation

That the staff are very rude and didn't want to give you a refund when they didn't have no power and had no estimation time when it was going to come back on

The location is very convenient; everything is within walking distance. We arrived before the check-in time, and they allowed us to go into our room, which was a big plus. Overall, the room was quite comfortable.

The room looks a bit outdated; it wouldn't hurt to refresh the renovation. It would be great to add an electric kettle to the room, as it feels like a basic amenity. Breakfast was provided, but I would prefer a more varied selection.

Bug infested room , dead mosquitos in bed sheets, not pet friendly.
