We stayed at Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort for two nights in March. We got the early check in at 1 PM. The pools were clean. The hotel was good. The room was big. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got free bottles of water.

Struttura molto bella, in zona tranquilla, con spiaggia e mare davanti molto bello. C'è anche un bar in spiaggia dove si possono prendere cocktail, bibite e pranzare oltre che cenare. La spiaggia si trova fronte tramonto e davanti si trovano varie isole tra cui le famose isole Hong. Le recensioni che ho letto non rendono giustizia a questo hotel. Pensavo di arrivare in una struttura di qualità inferiore e invece sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita. Buona anche la colazione. La spiaggia dell'hotel ed il mare meritano davvero, l'hotel andrebbe scelto se si vuole un bel mare, non di certo se si vuole la movida, quella si trova lontano, ad Ao Nang. Camera fronte piscina. In zona si possono raggiungere a piedi pochi ristoranti, l'hotel è in una zona un po' decentrata, raggiungibile comodamente con taxi o grab. Buono il wifi. Buona la colazione, un mix tra dolce e salato, oltre a frutta fresca e una zona dove cucinano le uova al momento, in base alla preferenza. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura bella con spiaggia e mare davanti molto belli.

Non tutto il personale parla bene inglese. Prima del soggiorno avevo chiesto loro alcune informazioni, tramite la messaggistica di booking.com ma non hanno mai risposto.

We recently stayed at Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort in Krabi, expecting a relaxing and memorable experience, especially since we were celebrating our anniversary. Unfortunately, what we encountered was the complete opposite. Prior to arrival, I had emailed the resort informing them about our anniversary and requested if they could arrange something small to make the occasion special. Not only was there no arrangement, but there wasn’t even a basic acknowledgment of the email during check-in. It set the tone for what was to follow. We arrived at 4:00 PM, well past the standard check-in time, yet our room was still not ready. After waiting, we were finally given a room — Room 712 — located in a far corner, with a disappointing view of a wall. It felt like one of the worst allocations possible, especially considering the occasion. To add to this, we were charged an additional 700 THB for our 5-year-old child’s breakfast for two nights, despite not requesting or using any extra bed. The policy of charging for a child just above four years old, even without additional bedding, felt unreasonable and not aligned with common international hospitality standards. The issues didn’t stop there: • Cleanliness was extremely poor. The pool connected to our pool-access room was dirty, with visible algae, hair strands, and an overall lack of maintenance. • The room itself had spider webs, and the toilet seat was chipped, reflecting very poor upkeep. • Service was painfully slow and inefficient. Simple requests were either not understood or ignored. We had to call 8–10 times just to get salt sent to the room, which is a very basic request. • At the restaurant, we were served drinking water with a mosquito inside, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. • Basic food customization requests, like adding extra fries with a burger, were outright refused without any flexibility or willingness to accommodate guests. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of responsiveness from the management. I had requested to meet the resort manager regarding the additional charges for our child, but despite waiting for hours, there was no follow-up or acknowledgment. Overall, this stay was a frustrating experience marked by poor service, lack of cleanliness, rigid policies, and an absence of basic hospitality. It’s hard to justify the price paid for such substandard conditions. We would strongly advise travelers to reconsider before booking this property. There are far better options in Krabi that actually understand the meaning of hospitality.

Thank you Nita at the reception ! It is mainly thanks to her that I'm giving a 10 ! She was always there to help and give advice ! She also speak fluently in english which is great. Overall, this hotel which is only a 4 star, is way cheaper than the 5 stars next to him for a good quality ( of course 5 stars are better if u can spend more).

Отличный отель в небольшой красивой бухте с потрясающим видом на залив и острова. В бухте всего несколько отелей, народу немного, пляж хороший, песочный. Наверно, лучший пляж в Краби. Приличный и разнообразный завтрак. Надеемся когда-то вернуться.

За 2 уборки нам не добавили шампуня, геля для душа и т.д. вместо использованных, что странно для такого отеля. Пришлось просить на ресепшн, после чего быстро принесли. Еще надо понимать, что отель в 20 мин. езды от Ао Нанга, рядом только небольшой поселок. Но в чем-то это даже плюс, т.к. меньше народу на пляже.

Firstly this is a 4 star hotel/resort. My comments are based on the expectations around this rating. I am not comparing Anyavee to other options in Krabi. Our deluxe room which had been updated having both a fan and aircon was sizeable, well maintained, had a wonderful view and well laid out. The included b/fast meal was more than generous for a 4 star hotel- lots of options, fresh food, room with a view, comfortable and good service. The SPA service was excellent- massage. The reception staff were always willing to help even if their English was limited. The Tour desk was available daily . The older parts of the hotel are v charming with lovely architecture, cool, airy passageways, well laid out with many connections to Reception. The grounds and gardens are delightful .The pools seem very clean and well maintained. The beach bar service is excellent. The restaurant food is very good.

My view is that I got what I paid for so nothing. Would be great to see the rest of the resort updated to the same standard although if it allows for greater affordability that's good too
