Las camas muy pero muy duras y en las habitaciones de la PB desde las 5 am aprox el personal haciendo muchísimo ruido que no te permite dormir, es un hotel accesible que debería no tener esos errores

"Definitely not a 4 star hotel"

This hotel is rated 4 star on Google maps. Wrong! Arrived at around 7pm and the room type I booked wasn’t available, despite the fact that I had it confirmed on the Marriott Bonvoy app since in booked it over a month ago. I didn’t mind as we were just “passing by”. The receptionist then offered me a regular double room, to which she stated it was cheaper than the one I originally booked. Fine too. Then, after a while of typing in the computer (everything is usually fast in other Bonvoy hotels as all my details are there) she then asked me to pay for the room. I thought it was unusual but ok - then on the card payment machine she wanted me to pay even more than the original price booked!! The room itself was very plain, no telephone but a cable was on the bedside table…. Beds were very uncomfortable (very hard mattresses). The trash bin hadn’t been emptied and had the rubbish from the previous guest. Breakfast was very very basic with the quality of the food questionable. On the plus side there was free car park, and the room was big. I won’t be staying here again and I think the staff need to be trained on the Bonvoy “way” as they don’t have a clue.
