Excellent hotel with welcoming staff who were very helpful. Our room was a suite with balcony, clean, great shower and comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast was varied and tasty, and our evening meal was equally good.

Un hôtel typiquement indien ce qui semble rare à POndy! Le personnel est très prévenant. Chaque jour 2 litres d’eau était apporté dans la chambre. Des parapluies étaient à disposition pour les jours de pluie. La cuisine était délicieuse.

Le ménage n’était fait dans ma chambre que lorsque je le demandais; mais il suffisait de demander !

"Bien situé,propre et convivial.."

Nous étions dans l'annexe.. l'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter la Ville. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné. Nous avons pu bénéficier de certaines attentions qui nous ont fait un grand plaisir. Nous recommandons ce lieu chaleureux.

Pas d'ascenseur à l'annexe, mais nous avons été aidés pour les bagages.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."
