La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft Worth-Burleson

Semi priced high.. but not awful

I recently stayed here for 2 days. The hotel was great. The room was great. The food was okay. Mike and Jose at the front desk were exceptional. However, there is a young woman there , whose name is Tommie (sp), who absolutely has no place in customer service. She is rude , impatient and has a very nasty attitude. It's very obvious that she does not like dealing with people and should probably work somewhere where she doesn't have any contact with people.

Breakfast was good

Talked to the clerk about a noise complaint. 11pm. Asked if I wanted him to do something about it? Really? 1 hour later the noise continued from the floor upstairs. Called again… Nothing.. His response was we can’t knock on doors and they won’t answer the phone. 1 hour later still the same noise (kid running across the room constantly). Instead of calling I went to the front desk. Had to get him to come to my room so he could hear it. He got a foot into the room and heard what my complaint was. Now I can knock on the door he said? Really? This should have been solved 2 hours ago!

There was a strong perfume type smell
