Do not use the towels. I had 2 - 3 year old grandkids with me and received a $75 charge for dirty towels and top sheet?
The room was clean and kept cool throughout the hot summer evening. The AC is a bit loud when it goes on, but I think every AC unit is like that. The bathroom door did not close, so you had to hold it close if you were seated on the toilet. The glass shelf is within inches of the top of the faucet, so it makes washing one's face very difficult. I hit my head the first time not realizing how close the shelf was to the faucet. The front desk was very polite and helpful. My big issue is actually with Hotels.com overbooking the property. The front desk person sent out a notice to Hotels/Expedia at 5 that morning telling them they did not have the room that I paid for. I never received the emails, text, or call from anyone. When I arrived to check in around 7 that night, I was very frustrated to hear that I did not have a room that I had prepaid for. It was during a very busy week and ALL of the hotels were full. At the last minute, the hotel clerk said that he found 1 room that was open for my mom and I. So take this warning---book weeks in advance for an event and confirm with the property that you are set because the website may oversell the room.
Parking lot was crowded but amenities and service and cleanliness were excellent. A very pleasant stay. I would stay here again whenever possible.
