"Overall our stay was very enjoyable"

Cleanliness, fantastic staff, breakfast and evening soups.

The key cards were absolutely Terrible and we had them stop working 8 times, cards were not in a wallet or near anything to make them stop working. This was very inconvenient at times as we had to visit the desk multiple times for this and it created delays for us. Something needs to change with the system the hotel uses as we were not the only ones in our group that had these issues.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They had soup and chips/salsa and fruit in the afternoon that really helped get through the day with our busy activities.

Bed a little soft for me, but still comfortable.

El refri no estaba enfriando bien, deberían de revisar ya que en esta temporada de Verano el calor es muy fuerte, del resto todo súper bien.
