"We had a great time at the national park close by. The breakfast was nice, hot and a typical continental breakfast varie"

Very convenient location. My granddaughter loved the pool and hot tub.

It was hard to find the front desk staff.

Very close to Porter beach! And the pool and hot tub were nice.

The room had stuff on the walls not sure what it was. Hotel breakfast wasn’t good. Our tv did not work the first night it was fixed for the second night. The air conditioning would kick on and off and not stay on long enough to cool the room. The morning of checkout the key stopped working at 7am when checkout isn’t till 11am the hotel had a weird smell.

"Cleanliness, locks, TV, and wifi were all terrible--I will avoid Comfort Inns when I travel"

The breakfast was fine. Adequate food and good coffee.

In the first room, the door lock flashed red, but still opened--making me wonder if it actually locked. The TV was not hooked up to cable and didn't work. I moved to a second room. There, the wifi dropped constantly, so I just used my phone. The hallways on floors 2 and 3 were filthy, particularly in front of the elevator. It looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks.

It was a place tosleep

TV did not work, Shower sounded like a tea pot whistling for the entire shower, screen in window was torn and flopping in the wind

Unfortunately, due to powerful storms the power went out at 8:30 pm. By 10:30 still no power so I had to find accommodations at a different property. No fault on the staff at all Requested a refund which I hope will be processed.
