"Excellent"

We checked in fine, got to our room, started settling in, no linens for the pull out bed. I call the desk, I need to go down to the desk to get them. Back down I go, got the linens. Made the pull out bed and then discovered the air conditioner was leaking so bad it had formed a puddle that reached passed the bed. Call the desk, back downstairs I go. They issued us a new room, repack our things, to a new room we go. Get there no linens for the pull out bed, so back down to the desk I go and he said to take them from the other room. Eeeew no, the mattress was dirty and I’m not taking them off a dirty mattress to a new room. So he gave me more. The rest of our stay was fine.

"Pleasant"

It was convenient to family that we were visiting. It had a pool for the children.

The rates were really high. Almost $500 for 2 rooms. One room smelled musty like mildew and maybe pet urine. No wash clothes in the other room. Also a room with a tub can't be classified as accessible even with a tub bench.

"Good"

This was our first and last stay in this hotel. The main reason we chose it was due to the distance from the interstate (we were traveling to other areas closely), as well as the pool and hot tub. Those were both great, however we had a half working television the entire stay. We reported this several times throughout our visit and two different employees said they would have maintenance come in and work in it. This never happened. Still could not watch tv at night when we got home from our busy days. Annoying.

"Awesome service and staff!!"

The staff are great and so sweet. Very attentive to their guests. Whatever I needed, they got for me right away. Continental breakfast is awesome. Complimentary lemon water in lobby is great as well. Pool and spa are awesome. This is my 2nd time staying here and I WILL BE BACK!

"Very poor"

The bed was comfortable. The mini fridge was nice and cool, freezer was as well.

The room was absolutely FILTHY. FOOD CRUMBS EVERYWHERE. GREASY FINGER PRINTS all over the furniture. Hair. Spit out food in bathroom sink. Bowel movement waste in toilet. Towels thrown on the couch. Food leftover in microwave.

"Worst hotel I’ve ever been to"

Nothing

Dirty run down hotel. Nail sticking out of floor at Bathroom entrance in our room, screen missing from window, WiFi didn’t work and therefor tv didn’t work so not a single kids channel for our children, shower curtain too small for shower so water went everywhere. Asked owner to change our dates and she refused even though she had a room available so she could just keep our money without us staying. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
