Beautiful, very attentive to details, professional staff

The location was stunning. Beautiful beach. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

The food was unimpressive. The beef rendang was not cooked well. Indonesian dishes were not spicy. Breakfast was underwhelming. The spa experience was overpriced and poor experience compared to similar standard properties.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional : location, service, food and service. A true international standards 5 star hotel - which is the only place we have found to deserve the title in Bali. The little number of villas / clients allows them to really provide the best service. You feel special and catered to. Respectful of the environment and the local culture, we had music and dance performed by the local school sponsored by the Soori - this was very nice. Also it was among the best food we have had in Bali. And they were very nice with our two young kids. Will definitely return when we get a chance to come back to Bali.
