Habitación amplia y cómoda; las personas que nos dieron ellos tours fueron muy amables, en especial el Sr Heriberto (excelente su trabajo). La atención del personal en general es buena.
Deben trabajar en mejorar la infraestructura, hay cosas que necesitan mantenimiento correctivo.

Najlepsie je okolie hotela. Rano, ked a este nehra golf a prejdete sa po areali, tak mate moznost vidiet tukany, tamariny, nosale, v jazierku sme narazili na kajmana a vedla sme videli aj kapybaru. Naozaj asi najlepsi wildlife, aky sme na Paname videli a priamo v hotelovom areali. Deti ocenili aj bazen, cez vikend bola do mensieho aj nafukovacia smyklavka. Ranajky boli super, rovnako sme si dali aj obed z jedalneho listka, paellu a deti vyprazane kuracie a bolo to vyborne tiez.
Ked sme vypli na noc klimu na izbe, tak sa z toho tepla asi tvorilo vlhko a orosila sa z toho dlazba na izbe a bolo to smyklave a nebezpecne. Nabytok by si zasluzil vymenu. Netreba cakat daky extra luxus, ale pomer cena/ vykon super.

La logística del check in no fue la mejor, hicimos 1 hora de fila. Además pedir en el restaurante no era fácil y muchas espera de la comida.

Die Lage ist toll und das umliegende Gelände ist wunderschön und bietet viel zu entdecken. Die angebotenen Touren sind sehr schön und man kanm einiges sehen.
Sauberkeit, vor allem in dem Pools, ist fernab von Gut und Böse. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch. Sämtliche Informationen (Touren, Frühstück, etc) muss man sich mühevoll zusammensuchen und einholen da vom Personal wenig bis gar nicht kommuniziert wird.

The golf cart tour was nice to see crocodiles, birds & plants
Sloth rehab center was closed, pool looked poorly maintained, golf closed on Monday, very slow service at restaurant. Multiple local parties & events being held at hotel & sections being closed off because of it. Received 1 clean towel per room after room was cleaned. Over 2 days there were 2 weddings, a quinceañera, and 2 birthday parties by the pool.
