La situation géographique de l'hôtel, très bonne situation. L'hôtel se trouve dans un parc magnifique où l'on y trouve des animaux sauvages. La vue sur la forêt tropicale de la chambre d'hôtel est superbe également.

Chambre vieillissante et équipements de l'hôtel vieillissant également. Beaucoup trop de bruits à la piscine. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas super réactif aux demandes clients. (Mis à part Lucia de l'accueil qui est très sympathique!). Beaucoup d'événements le weekend (mariages/festivités) ==> Très très bruyant et peu de place à la piscine. Femme de ménage qui change les essuis de bain de la chambre à 17h donc si vous souhaitez vous laver avant cette heure, cachez un en de réserve!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is far from being a resort where you want to spend quality time with family, especially during Summer time which is December through March. The pool area which is the only recreational area other than the golf course, is extremely crowded due to day pass promotions. Some families were complaining people cut themselves while in the pool. The restaurant area is out-dated. Really bad experience

Nice and spacious rooms Pool area Food Hiking trails directly from the hotel. We saw a sloth, monkeys, tucans and lots of other animals that I can’t name

Only downside was that guests were note allowed to use the driving range. Only with a booked tee time

Oud hotel, heeft beste tijd gehad, personeel is onzeker en spreekt weinig tot geen Engels, muziek te hard, t was er vies, airco werkte slecht op kamer, ze zeggen resort, 1 restaurant.. eten smaakloos, koud..

Summit was very disappointing. The pool area was incredibly noisy from 9AM to 9PM. You couldn't hear yourself think. The restaurant was tired and the food below average. The photos they use look to be taken when the hotel was first open - now there are cracks across the pools and facias and walkways. All week there were parties going on - company parties and weddings - meaning all of the communal areas were completely full of people. It was not relaxing at all. Many of the promised nature walks were either full already or did not operate. It is also in an area with NOTHING within a 20 minute drive, so you are stuck in a crappy hotel with a bad restaurant and facilities.
