"Restful, comfortable stay"

Location was great Rooms had a great view of the lagoon Lovely breakfast Family friendly facilities, kids loved the pool which was never overcrowded despite it being a busy time of year Non functioning aircon was attended to quickly

Housekeeping needs to pay extra attention when cleaning - on arrival one of the bedroom lamps was dirty, TV not wiped clean and had greasy hand marks all over

Family rooms are very spacious.We liked the fact that the units are self catering providing guests with options. Good for kids. Breakfast was very good, And staff is friendly

Friendly staff!!

The rooms are neglected. Carpentry in all the areas (bedroom, bathroom & kitchen) are damaged. Mould growing inside all of the cupboards which made us all sick during our stay.

The forest environment and the unit was beautiful 😍 .

The buffet was terrible. It catered for just one race group. ..would be nice to include some curry and rice,like the other Premier hotel is.

"Excellent stay"

Excellent family stay, lots of activities for kids and adults including a well maintained tennis court. The resort itself is serene, nestled alongside the river, offering a quiet and inviting library area. The staff were pleasant, went the extra mile with my son with special needs. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will be a place of preference for our next holiday in Knysna.
