I liked the way my room was so spacious, comfortable and I liked the food was very nice.

I didn’t like the noise people make when they chatting outside on the passage ,it comes in through the bathroom window.

"Decent stay with good location"

Enough space in apartment Aircon Jungle gym for kids Spa on site Location was great.

Poor check in experience Room facilities were average. Had to call the reception for basic stuff like bowls Felt Room cleaning was done quickly but without proper cleaning. Eg we filled the dish washer but the staff didn't even empty it.

Servicr levels varied between staff. The toom service were great. Calls to reception and housekeeping went unanswered.

"Family friendly resort. Some staff members could do with a bit of customer care training."

Family friendly resort. The kids club ladies were so sweet to our little ones they even got a welcome pack for the kiddies club.

The welcome or check in experience was horrible. We waited for 20 minutes while the lady was busy on the phone.
