Everything was perfect. Staffs were amazing and friendly. Location was stunning.

Rooms carpet need a refresh

Generous accommodation and at a very reasonable price.

Would have been nice to have gowns & slippers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . They let me check in earlier as I had an event to run next door.

The room I was given was right at the end of the property , far away from the reception and facilities . I paid a premium price for an executive suite. The room itself was spacious but the balcony smelled of cigarettes and just had 2 plastic chairs , and the whole balcony was covered in bird droppings . Even the windows . There was also dirt on the back of the bathroom door . When we went to use the pool near the lagoon it was dirty and unusable . The main pool near the reception was also quite murky . I felt like the price did not match the quality unfortunately .

Great buffet breakfast at affordable price Location is good and close to all the attractions. Lots of facilities for kids and families on site.

Dinner menu was not amazing but there are lots of great dinner options at the waterfront area.

Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel, eine abgenutzte Ausstattung, Dreckig und Muffig. Die Bilder zeigen eine sehr beschönte Darstellung der Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage einer Möglichkeit eines Ersatzzimmer oder upgrades keine Hilfsbereitschaft durch das Hotelpersonal. Wir haben das Hotel wieder direkt verlassen und eine Alternative suchen müssen
