There is a sense of freshness in the design of the room interior..simple bright and comfortable. The bed sheets were fresh and clean.

The location is strategic, just 20m away have bareno fried chicken which open 24hrs, 50m away for the famous welcome seafood restaurant. 10m away you will have guardian and watsons, 24hrs self service laundry Supermarket just 100m away (in sabah centre point shopping mall) The room is clean, but no slipper provided. 2x mineral water and basic amenities is provided. And also they have hair dryer too.

You can hear the sound of the next door no matter they go toilet / shower. There is totally no sound proof. I was stayed in level 2, is not refurbish yet, some blogger said is new renovation but 2nd floor still the old room.
