A very beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable mattress. It was nice to have a private balcony. The pool is clean and the open area outside the cafe and the sit-out near the library bar is green and peaceful. The bartender was very accommodating, allowing us to bring our own champagne and snacks for a 60th birthday celebration. They arranged a small cake on the house. The car service for nearby locations is a great service. All the staff are very polite in true Thai style, and are ready to go out of their way to help.

The fridge and tea/coffee were cumbersome to access as they were inside the wardrobe and the luggage rack prevented easy access. Room service is only available until 4 pm and the restaurant menu is quite limited and the same as the room service menu. This was a problem only because my spouse was very ill on our last day and room service would have been convenient.

Small hotel with personal attention to details. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful facilities. Close to city attractions but off the beaten track a bit and quiet. Breakfast was very nice: good balance of Thai and Western choices.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, coffee and hot chocolates were great. Fresh fruit and pastries were excellent. This was my best hotel experience I have ever had. It had a really nice calm and peaceful feel to it. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was beautiful and beds and pillows were very comfortable.
