Exceptional hotel. The accommodation and dining (breakfast and lunch) were excellent. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Took us to the gate of the Old City on Mercedes or van. Highly recommended. Will stay at this wonderful hotel if we visit Chiang Mai again.

השירות ברמה גבוהה, הצוות אדיב ומקסים, המקום נקי, ארוחת בוקר מכובדת, נתנו גם טופו כשביקשתי. הייתי חולה כמעט כל החופשה, הם דאגו לי, שלחו לי ירקות ופירות לחדר, באו לבדוק מה שלומי.

לא הסכימו להזמין רופא לחדר למרות שביקשתי ואמרתי שאני אשלם, להגנתם יצוין שזה כנראה לא נהוג שם וגם אנחנו לא הצלחנו למצוא רופא שיגיע + אסור לעשן באף שטח במלון (גם לא בבריכה) אלא רק בפינת קטנה שדחוקה בחניה

"The most perfect holiday stay ever."

The architecture and interior design of the hotel was absolutely elegant and flawless. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Perhaps needing to prebook dinner 24 hours ahead of time made it a little inconvenient. But it didn’t take away from the incredible experience.
