Love this hotel , great beach where you can relax. This was our second stay at this property and we will be back next year .

Great location on the beach

Frederick and Kelley were amazing. Always offered suggestions and willing to help with a smile. Love the private terrace and direct access to the beach & ocean. I would only offer one suggestion...maybe have a dividing wall between the main walkway and between each terrace for a little more privacy. That being said, the hotel was great and the staff even better. Restaurants within walking distance. Road a little tricky for walking, just watch out for cars since no real sidewalk. Would recommend this hotel highly and would love to return. St Martin has lovely people, excursions, beautiful scenery and excellent restaurants.

I like the property

On the water and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Staff was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast with pastries, coffee and tea was fantastic.

The proximity to the beach is great. I've never had such a beautiful view. I like that you didn't have to carry around a key because your door had a code, as did entrance to the building. I didn't like the little ants in the kitchen.
