"Relaxing, peaceful.. and lots to see and do not far from the hotel."

Enjoyed the facility, the staff, the pool and the onsen. Our room was large, spacious and comfortable. The view is stunning.

I was disappointed not to have any dishes or cooking tools in the kitchen. When traveling, its nice to have the flexibility to have a bowl of cereal, boil some eggs, etc. We had a very nice kitchen without any bowls, plates, pots, etc. Also, appreciated the coffee, but the cups were too small to make the coffee. Not a big deal since you can get from the vending machine or in the lobby, but still would have been nice to have in the room.

"A paz mora aqui."

Quarto enorme ou melhor, será que era um apartamento? Sim, tinha cozinha e sala, onde pudemos juntar duas famílias para o café da manhã. Linda arquitetura, pé direito altíssimo, cachoeira, jardim suspenso, enfim tudo de bom gosto.

Nada. Mas se você não tiver alugado um carro terá um pouco de dificuldade, pois o hotel se localiza quase no topo da colina, porém será recompensado por uma vista maravilhosa.

"中の上"

ファミリーむけでしたので　広く開放感があり　荷物の収納や置き場が気兼ねなくできた。　自由におしゃべりを楽しめました。 　部屋が清潔でした。

床の段差が所々にあり、シニアにはヒヤリハットでした。 フロントと部屋の移動が複雑でした。 売店があるといい。

"Mooie locatie, grote kamers en aardig personeel."

Personeel was erg behulpzaam. We hadden een nacht te veel geboekt en dat werd ter plekke zonder problemen opgelost! Echt goeie service. Locatie is ook fijn! In de buurt mooie wandelroutes en de vulkaan!

Het diner buffet was erg druk. Eigenlijk is de ruimte te klein voor het aantal gasten. Het ontbijt was ook zo druk en hebben we daarom geskipt.

Le dîner et les activités proposés sont variés. Si on mange des sashimi ça vaut le cout. L'hebergement est spacieux.

Malheureusement les onsen/piscines sont interdit au personne tatoué mais ont avait ete prevenu.

"朝食が美味しく、のんびり過ごせる宿"

部屋が広くて、過ごしやすかった

卓球台が一つしかなくできなかった 時間を制限をしていたが、長く続けていた方もいた キッズルームも予約で埋まっていた どのタイミングで予約するのかをチェックインの際しらせてほしかった

"自然がいっぱい！猪には注意！"

徒歩圏内にスーパーやコンビニがないのでやや心配でしたが、手軽にデリバリーでき、館内の売店ではカップラーメンや冷凍食品の扱いがあったので助かりました。お部屋は広く、お家のような安心感。快適に過ごせました。

公共交通機関と徒歩で向かうのはちょっと大変でした。シャトルバス最終便の時間が16:45と早めですが、間に合うよう向かうことをお勧めします。ホテル最寄りのバス停からは歩道があまりなく、街灯も少なめ。ホテル近くの草むらから猪の鳴き声が聞こえてびっくり！怖かったです。
