Easy access to where we needed to go

We had breakfast this morning at the cadre on site , it cost $15 each for a toastie, that was pre made and was given to us in a take away bag , this would have to be the worst breakfast I have ever had in the lots of travels I have done. I don’t mind paying $15 for a toastie, if it was freshly made with lots of filling , but these we’re definitely a huge disappointment for what we paid , we weren’t even able to finish them they tasted that bad , NOT good enough

It was spotlessly clean I’ve never been in a cleaner hotel room. Outstanding

The room was a great size and had everything you would need. Reception service was friendly and accomodating 😊

The bed was comfy, rooms were clean, staff were friendly.

The heated spa could have been a little warmer and the timer of the spas needed to be set to longer periods of time. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing.

The location and availability was what I wanted. The pool was warm. The TV was easy to use, and aircon was nice

The need to change rooms to extend my stay. The thievery from the cleaning staff, from the room I checked out of. A full hair regrowth routine treatment, plus a dress that I left on the back of the bathroom totalling approximately $250. The noise from the renovations, and there laughing at me when I walked outside and looked at them on the scaffolding and said hello. (Extremely demeaning) The lack of staff at miss smokeys when we had to wait for service, and on the day of checking out, the cleaning staff called out once while I was in the shower and let themselves in at 9:15am. NOT COOL… When clearly 10:00 was checking out time. If I thought that I could have been refunded anything for my inconveniences I would’ve asked. These things are always thankless
