- loved the calm and relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. Everything is very peaceful during the evening. We couldn’t even hear the parties in nearby hotels. - Nice touch with the welcome drinks (even though they were virgin) - Friendly staff - A good selection of tours and activities available for booking - Breakfast is awesome

- Hammocks need an upgrade. There’s many throughout the hotel but they’re in bad shape and very uncomfortable. They’re decoration at this point - Some storage in the rooms would be helpful. There’s no drawers or closets. - We noticed several vendors stopped by the beach club and took up seats/beds that could’ve been available for guests. - Promote your spa services better at the beach club to fend off other people offering the service if you want to keep your customers. The hotel spa lady complained to us that we should’ve used the hotel spa after another vendor next door sold us massages (great ones I must add). So complaining to your guests about this is not the way to go. Keep your property clear of vendors and you’d be able to keep your customers.

Wow desde que llegué a este hotel me sorprendió la vista que tiene y lo espaciosos que son los cuartos que incluso tienen balcón y un pequeño riel a modo de tendedero de ropa. Está en primera línea de playa así que disfrutarán del amanecer y atardecer en primera plana. Tiene un bar con buena música y camastros frente al mar que atiende hasta las 9 pm creo. Está a unos 10 min caminando del centro y a la misma distancia del muelle donde se toman la famoso foto de holbox. El personal de recepción es excelente !

El personal de la cocina o comedor no fueron tan atentos a diferencia de todos los demás.

Struttura piccola molto ben curata nei dettagli posizione top arrivi a piedi in centro senza prendere mezzi e se sei un buon camminatore puoi arrivare a punta Cocos è abbastanza vicino a punta mosquitos dove il mare è stupendo

L'emplacement était parfait, au centre du village, avec une plage privée géniale et un petit déj sympathique et bon. Personne très gentil

Il y avait des tâches sur les draps blancs qu'on a du changés et il n'y avait pas de petite balayette pour enlever le sable qu'on pouvait avoir en revenant de la plage.
