"Good value in nice neighborhood location"

Missed breakfast for early departure. Nice welcome from staff. Room comfortable with nice window view to the parking lot and street. This is an older building with solid wood floors and walls and nicely furnished.

Cleanliness - Clearly, not a priority (e.g. toothpaste on the wall by the bathroom sink, bathroom floors, etc.). The room was tired and dingy.

"Our third stay!"

The location is perfect, with plenty of on-site parking. It's a very straightforward walk into Fredericksburg. This was our third stay as it has all we need for our visit!

The air conditioning is centrally managed which means the rooms can be a little warm at times.
