Great location on quiet beach. nice property landscaping. Easy access and parking. Very restful.

Property is getting a little run down. I have stayed here numerous times in the past 10 years and has always been my first option when visiting Cocoa. Needs a little TLC. And much better cushions for the lawn furniture,

The cute areas around the property: deck chairs, hammocks, beach chairs, gazebo. Plenty of towels available.

The beds weren’t super comfortable. The place had a little smell to it.

"Wunderschön und direkt am Strand! Kommen gerne wieder."

Sehr großes Apartment, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern! Gemütliche Betten, große Küche und ganz tolle Lage! Direkt am Strand mit toller Terrasse, inklusive Hängematten! Strandstühle, Sandspielzeug und Surfboards zum ausleihen (kostenlos).

Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kücheninventar sollte ausgetauscht werden. Ein Wäscheständer für nasse Kleidung wäre schön.
