This place is amazing!

I loved everything.

Right on the beach. Beautiful view. Fun things for kids to do.

Not the property’s fault, but there was a group of very young children streaming and running through the property till after midnight. There was no one to complain to even after asking the kids to be quiet

We have visited here several times in the last 5 years. Really enjoy that it's beach front with lot's of places to hangout on the deck and enjoy the ocean.

The best part of this resort are the common areas. The many cabanas, tables and chairs, bbq grills with tools available, the many eclectic art pieces and installations make this a truly fun and relaxing destination. Located directly on the beach behind the dunes, we had easy access to a part of the beach that seemed to be private to just us. We are located down the way from the main activity areas so we could easily go to where the action is, if we wanted to. The local city bus stop is just yards away and for 75 cents we took the ride all the way to the cruise port to have some brunch at Grills while watching the activity in the port. We also saw a night launch the night that we arrived and a mid-morning launch two days later. Our room, number 8, a two bedroom/one bath unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.

Our only concern, which echoes what others have stated in their reviews, was the noise of the air conditioning system. Even though it was a 'central air' system rather than window unites, the droning of the system was VERY noticeable. The water pressure in the shower was a bit on the low side, but the water was hot very quickly.

My mom and I stayed here for a peaceful getaway and this place delivered. The view was amazing and the area was perfect. It is an older place and definitely could use some renovations but otherwise it’s a lovely spot.

Loved this property! So vintage Florida..not the new high rises commercial feel. Beautiful, quiet, nice and shady. Giant outdoor chess set was so fun. Loved this beachside stay and will definitely be back!!

Perfect

The view, cool breeze, kinky out door decor, working appliances, many deck options. Bed was comfortable but squeaked a lot. We are handycapped and flag stone walkways were difficult to transverse.
