The Breezy Inn

Parking little tricky better if assigned spots. Was cute but found hair on sheets and too much freshner on bedding. A lot noise from bar across street and little room fridge. Needed coffee in room since donut shop not open for us early risers.

The Breezy Inn was delightful, very clean and right in the middle of Jensen Beach Village!! Outstanding property and hospitable staff. Great donut shop next door and near many restaurants and pubs. We will be back every time we are on the east Coast.

I enjoyed my stay at The Breezy Inn. The location is great, you're right next to a whole bunch of restaurants and bars. The place is across the street from a river and a short walk to the causeway. If you have the energy (in the FL heat) you can easily walk across the causeway all the way to the beaches. Otherwise, it's just a quick drive to all the beaches and parks. The ladies that run The Breezy Inn and the adjacent donut coffee shop couldn't have been nicer. So friendly and accommodating. The room rate includes excellent free morning coffee and a nice selection of delicious donuts and pastries that you can buy for just a few dollars. My own room was small, but clean and comfortable. I think they have bigger more expensive rooms available as well. Overall, I really enjoyed the location and the people and would stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located in the town of Jensen Beach. Restaurants & bars just a short walk away. Coffee/donut shop located on the premises. Private parking right outside the door. Nice patio to have coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable.

Satisfactory for an overnight stay. Plenty of places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat. Some places you could see right from your doorway! I wanted to like this place enough to stay here for a week or so. Sadly, its not accommodating enough for extended stays. No dresser drawers. A small place to hang clothes, but they had no hangers! Personally, I’d ditch both night stands and replace them with dressers. If you had dressers, someone staying a while doesn’t have to live out of a suitcase. There is a glass table/shelf below the TV. Again, ditch that and replace it with a dresser. Right now, its a waste of space. I could unpack clothes and put them in a drawer. I’d stay here again for a 1 or 2 night stay, but I couldn’t do any more than that due to lack of storage for clothes, luggage, and personal belongings. They gave us free coffee at the donut shop. Coffee was good. Donuts overpriced and pretty sure they were a day old.

Nice convenient place.

I loved the property, it was nice! But a band was playing at a bar beside of us, it was so loud we couldn't sleep, it went on until 2:00 am! Then at 5:30 until we left, someone was beating around in building above and beside of us, no more sleeping, we were lucky if we got 2 hours sleep! Great place ,but not if you need sleep!

This is a very cute property with a great location. The only real complaints I had, and it might be very important to some travelers, is the trains at night! They are a bit loud, and may wake a light sleeper. We could have also used an extra towel or two, and a trash can besides the tiny one in the bathroom. Other than that it’s a great space and would definitely consider if we come to town again. The manager/owner was very sweet and communicated well. Truly a gem of a property!

This is a gem of a property in a still relatively quiet town on the beach. The property owner was very communicative, and explained everything well. The room was very clean, cute and comfortable. My only minor complain is the train is a bit loud at night. If you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue, luckily I am not! We will definitely book this place again. And the food within walking distance was all great!
