Location and staff were excellent. The fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast was welcome touch.

The noise from Hasting Street and surrounding building works starting at 6am!

The location is great. There's nothing more to say that's good. After my 3rd night, the room was properly cleaned, eg. the floor was swept the table wiped and the bed fully made up.

The room was so tiny I had to move furniture to find floor space for my suitcase. There were no convenient electric outlets for charging my phone( I ended up unplugging one of the bedside lamps), or for the tea and coffee maker ( I plugged the teapot in on the floor next to my suitcase. There was a bit of view only if I stood on the balcony and craned my neck. Otherwise the window faced an opposing wall, with a few plants in between.

Tiny room

The hotel enjoys a perfect location — facing the ocean and backed by a vibrant shopping street. It is both peaceful and convenient. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday getaway.

Location wise it’s perfect for being close to bars cafes and the beach.

Unfortunately being on the Main Street it was incredibly noisy, from not only outside noise but other guests and staff. we also had building works going on in bedrooms either side of us for the entire stay which meant 7am wake up calls to tools and tradesmen for each day. The room had a slight musty smell to it. can’t fault the pool spa gym and staff, however no warning or accommodation was made to the fact we had builders working and people walking past our room all day everyday. was very uncomfortable for my pregnant wife who was trying to get some sleep especially when unwell. Must’ve been the time of year for building works as the pool outside also had maintenance men working all day.
