Excellent facilities and location and very friendly staff.

Noisy at night - but that’s Hastings St!

I was kept awake all night by lights that would not go off. Electrician had to work on the room the next day. Staff did not apologise and really did not care. The noise from Hastings street was constant, it was impossible to sleep. The linen was awful, sheets were balled Not worth the price

Room was small but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Best feature was the pool and outlook from the pool. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated but could have been a little more generous given the price of the stay.

Amazing location. Spectacular beach views from the pool area. Loved all the little special touches, coffee machine and local tea. The complimentary croissants and fruit cups for breakfast was a welcome surprise!

Excellent location, very friendly staff, clean rooms. We stayed in the studio room and whilst it was a small room it was all we needed as we spent most the time by the pool. The bigger rooms with the ocean view are amazing if you can get into one of those I would highly recommend it, if not the studio rooms are still a great option. The fruit and croissants provided in the morning each day were a great touch.

Only thing I could say about that we didn’t like was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom couldn’t turn off. We had to have the bathroom door closed each night and it was a little bit annoying.
