Was really nice our room, big and clean.

Wait a lot for anything what we was ask. ( food, drink, use sauna) Room was fine, just with hot water have some issue.

Irritationen beim Check-In zur Buchung, zur Zimmerkategorie und beim Ceck-Out zur Zahlungsweise. Wiederholte Bemerkungen seitens des Personals, wie schlecht das mit Expedia laufe, trotz meiner Hinweise, seit langem mit Expedia sehr gute Erfahrungen zu machen. Der Wellnessbereich war nur extrem eingeschränkt nutzbar. Der Whirlpool gar nicht. Am Ende ließ sich alles klären, zur Erholung trug das nicht bei. Beim Frühstück war der Kaffee kalt und bitter.
