Beachfront Towers

I liked the location and the room was very nice

The games room lacked a bit. Could have some more games, or at least games that work. Some of the games took our money, but wouldn't let us play

Close to restaurants and beach.

Decor was dated. Furniture old. Aircon smelt funny. Bathroom poorly renovated and water poured out of shower making everything wet. Bedding was old and worn. Our allocated parking space was filled with old furniture, which meant we had to park outside - not in the secure car park. Reception wasn’t overly friendly and hardly there. Stayed at brand new apartment in Kawana the night before for half the cost. If they hadn’t been sold out, we would have stayed there.

Property was older but had everything required, close to a hotel where we dined at night and had breakfast close by as well.

Car park was pokey to navigate and difficult to exit for a car with low clearance.

Parking spaces were tight

Location, right on the beach. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of kitchen things for cooking and eating in.

The hot water system was tiny, barely got a shower and hair washed before it was cold again. Not sure how they expect it to serve 6 people. It definitely didn't for 2A + 2c and we are conservative with water. Clearance was told it was 2.1 but it was not, it was 1.95 so we couldn't use the basement car park and had to park on the street. We lost power during our stay and the reception staff weren't very knowledgeable as to where the switchboard was and the manager was not contactable. We finally found it and sorted out the tripped circuit but not sure what set it off. We also couldn't find a vacuum, bit of an oversight to not have one being that we are at the beach. Beds were ok, linen was thin, no proper doona's supplied, just thin blankets. I was disappointed in the stay, but it was good value for money for the location

No Breakfast parking was good , off street secure

The "Budget" Ocean view room was unexpectedly budget ... it is very tired & requires work , though clean , on level 5. The hosts did explain this ... afterwards ,unfortunately
